These terms explain ordering from J & M (VIC) Pty Ltd trading as Tyreforce – Wheels & Tyres Centre, Campbellfield, Victoria. Read them with the product description, your quote and our Returns & Warranty, Delivery & Fitting and Privacy Policy pages.
Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude or restrict any guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Product and vehicle information
Check the product specifications, finish, quantity and inclusions before ordering. Tell us the vehicle make, model, year and variant, plus relevant modifications, when requesting fitment advice. Let us know if any information in your quote or order is incorrect.
Fitment may depend on wheel and tyre dimensions, load rating, offset, bolt pattern, centre bore and brake clearance. Contact our team to confirm suitability if you are unsure. This does not limit our responsibility for product descriptions or advice we provide.
Prices and order inclusions
All listed product prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Direct Freight Express delivery is charged separately per tyre or wheel: $30 to eligible Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide metro addresses, or $50 to eligible Perth metro addresses, including GST. Regional VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and WA, all NT and TAS, and other destinations outside these metro areas require a freight enquiry with our store before ordering. Check whether the advertised price relates to an individual item or a package. Your order or quote should identify the products, quantity and any fitting, hardware or freight included. Ask us to clarify any amount or inclusion before paying.
We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price for an agreed order without your agreement. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to discuss a resolution consistent with your consumer rights.
Payment and deposits
Methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Options may depend on the order, device and provider eligibility. Any Afterpay or digital-wallet option is subject to the relevant provider’s availability and terms.
Where a deposit is required for a quoted order, its amount, the balance due and the relevant order terms will be confirmed in the quote. Contact us if you need clarification before making a payment.
Stock, backorders and delivery
Contact us to confirm availability and timing when an order is urgent or an item needs to be sourced. Provide your delivery suburb and postcode so we can confirm metropolitan eligibility and an expected timeframe before you order. Supply and delivery arrangements are described on our Delivery & Fitting page.
Fitting appointments
Fitting appointments and the work included must be confirmed with our Campbellfield team. Tell us about relevant vehicle modifications or known issues. We will discuss additional work and its price with you before proceeding.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as you need to change or cancel an order or fitting appointment. We will explain what is possible based on the order’s progress and any terms agreed before purchase. Any agreed cancellation terms remain subject to your statutory rights.
Returns, faults and warranty claims
Our Returns & Warranty Policy explains how to raise a problem, request a return and obtain an appropriate remedy. Manufacturer warranties operate in addition to the rights provided by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how to contact us with a privacy request or concern.
