Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing details, enquiry messages, quote and order details, and relevant vehicle or fitment information you supply. If you create an account, we also hold account and order-history information. Photos and documents you send may contain personal information; please send only what is needed for your enquiry.
The website and its service providers also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, session activity and security events. Cookies and similar technologies support these functions.
Why we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, provide fitment advice and quotes, manage orders and bookings, process payments and refunds, arrange delivery, handle returns and warranty claims, maintain business records and protect the website against fraud and misuse. Order-attribution tools can help us understand how customers reach the store.
If you choose to receive promotional communications, you can unsubscribe using the message’s instructions or contact us. Messages about an existing enquiry, booking or order may still be necessary.
Payments
Online payment services are provided through payment providers such as WooPayments and Stripe. If an Afterpay or digital-wallet option is available and you select it, the relevant provider also processes information under its own privacy terms. Payment information entered in a provider’s payment fields is handled by that provider. Our store can receive transaction references, payment status and limited payment-method details; saved-card features use provider-held credentials or tokens. Please do not send full card details or security codes by email, enquiry form or chat.
Who receives information
We share information where needed with service providers that support hosting, payments, email and communications, delivery, order fulfilment, technical support and security. Relevant suppliers or manufacturers may receive information needed to fulfil an order or assess a warranty claim. Website services include WP Engine hosting, WooCommerce and WooPayments, Stripe, Podium chat and Google reCAPTCHA. PayPal website components may also load, even when PayPal is not offered for a particular order. These external services can receive technical information when their components load; information you submit through them is also subject to their privacy terms.

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for sessions, account features, shopping functions and order attribution.
