Which payment methods can I use?
For current orders, contact our team to confirm payment arrangements. When online checkout is available, the methods available for your order will be shown there. Depending on your order, device and provider eligibility, these may include payment cards, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A payment option may not be available for every purchase. Provider approval, limits and terms apply where relevant.
Can I pay a deposit?
Where a deposit is required for a quoted order, the amount, balance due and order terms will be confirmed in your quote. Contact us before paying if you need to clarify stock, fitment or timing.
How do I know whether a wheel or tyre fits my vehicle?
Send us the make, model, year and exact variant, together with details of any suspension, brake or other relevant modifications. Our team can check the proposed size and specifications, including load rating, wheel offset, bolt pattern (PCD), centre bore and brake clearance. Contact us if you are unsure about a product or the results shown by the vehicle selector.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All listed product prices include GST. Freight also includes GST and is charged separately per tyre or wheel: $30 to eligible Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide metro addresses, or $50 to eligible Perth metro addresses.
Are prices for one item or a set?
Check the product description and quantity carefully. A wheel, tyre and wheel-and-tyre package may each be sold differently. Ask us to confirm what is included, including any fitting, balancing, valves, wheel hardware or delivery charges, before placing your order.
Can you fit my wheels or tyres?
Contact our Campbellfield team to discuss fitting and arrange a booking. We will confirm the work included, any additional requirements and the price before proceeding. See Delivery & Fitting for more information.
Can you deliver to my postcode?
Direct Freight Express delivery is $30 per tyre or wheel to eligible Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide metro addresses, or $50 to eligible Perth metro addresses, including GST. Four individual tyres or wheels cost $120 or $200 respectively. Regional VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and WA, all NT and TAS, and other destinations outside these metro areas require a freight enquiry with our store. Please enquire for set or package freight charges. Contact our team with your suburb and postcode to confirm eligibility and expected timing before ordering.
What if an item is on backorder?
Contact us to confirm current availability and the expected supply time. If a delay affects your order, we will discuss the available options with you. Any alternative product must be agreed with you before it is supplied.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order or quote details. Available options depend on the order’s progress and any terms agreed before purchase. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a fault?
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem and arrange the next steps. If you are concerned that a product may be unsafe, do not fit or use it until it has been assessed. Read our Returns & Warranty Policy.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Contact us before sending anything back. If we agree to a change-of-mind return, we will explain the conditions before you proceed. This is separate from your legal rights when a product or service does not meet the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not sell second-hand tyres or accept wheel trade-ins.
